Hotel Toliar & Wellness - Strbske Pleso

Cleanliness can be hit or miss. We found stained curtains and limited bathroom upkeep, which detracted from our overall comfort. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, with poor coffee quality and a limited selection, especially for those with dietary restrictions. The small pool offers a view of the parking garage, which isn't exactly scenic. And occasionally, the noise from the bustling train station can seep into the rooms, although not as bad as expected. The costs for the rooms felt inflated, particularly during peak season, as the size and amenities didn't quite match the price.

really nice stay, as always. excellent staff, welcoming services, and top location next to free parking in parking house and the beautiful strbske pleso lake. a nice size and absolutely fantastic room with private bathroom and a private safe, central heating, and tv. comfortable bed and savoury and satisfactory breakfast.

Bright and neat units with a comfortable bed, a balcony plus TV. Very nice area, absolutely perfect and top location, just off many restaurants and the transport and tours.

The studio room was comfortable and well-renovated, offering ample storage and a spacious balcony with lovely views. Early pool access and a late breakfast created a relaxing start to the day, complemented by a delicious buffet with fresh bread. Housekeeping services could also be improved, as cleaning was minimal .

Everything was great. We were celebrating New Year's Eve and we loved it.

Location is excellent, and breakfast are one one of the best full-house meals I have experienced in europe for this price range.

Bulldozer and grader working outside our window from early morning was most disturbing and we were not warned. The location of rooms is important for this hotel, as only the front rooms have a view. We were put into a most unsatisfactory back room and one only knows this when one arrives.

A spacious studio boasting a functional kitchen and plenty of wardrobe space makes for a comfortable stay. The staff was helpful, addressing requests promptly. The location is prime for access to hikes, and the on-site parking was a blessing. Don't miss dinner-garlic soup is a must!

Would definitely recommend for a fleeting stay

Comfortable room, clean bathroom, with a huge smart TV that was a nice bonus, and the breakfast buffet offered good options in a pleasant atmosphere.

Everything was spot-on.

Very central hotel with large bright rooms.

Any hotel that finishes breakfast at 9am is running for their own convenience rather than yours. World's smallest bed sheets. Facilities such as sauna all cost extra.

The free parking was a lifesaver and the breakfast buffet had a nice assortment of tasty options. I also enjoyed some relaxation time at the spa, especially with the massage and turkish bath available. Just a heads up, the shower water was a bit lukewarm at times, but it didn't spoil my overall experience. 😊

The toljar hotel has a great location, just a short walk to the lake and near the train station. The double room was spacious and modern. I also loved the 10% discount on meals at the restaurant, where the food was quite good.

Cleaning services could have been better. Only fresh towels were provided.

The pool and sauna were perfect after a long hike. The location is prime for hiking access, and the place felt cozy.
